For any defective item or items that are to be returned for repair to Wells-Gardner Technologies, Inc. an RMA (Return Authorization) must be issued. Please contact our service department at 1-800-336-6630 and speak with the customer service agent for an RMA. Please be prepared to give the following information when asked.

  • Complete Name and contact phone number.
  • Complete billing and shipping address
  • What problem are you seeing.
  • Wells Gardner Serial Number for the back of the monitor
  • The complete Wells Gardner part number

Once this information has been provided the customer service agent will provide an RMA number for the return / repair. The RMA number is to be noted on all cartons and paperwork. Please do not return anything to Wells Gardner without an RMA number or it will be rejected at our receiving dock.

Inbound and outbound freight for any item to be returned for repair will be at the purchaser’s expense. If the item is found to be in warranty, Wells Gardner will pay for the outbound freight back to the customer. All repairs should be sent to Wells-Gardner Technologies, Inc., 3078 Sunset Rd # 1, Las Vegas, NV 89120. We recommend shipping in the original packaging if possible (as long as there is no damage to the pack). Freight damages are not covered by warranty.

Once the item has arrived it will be inspected and evaluated. A repair estimate will be formulated to advise what the actual problems are, the parts that need to be replaced, and if the item is in warranty or out of warranty. For out of warranty items, charges to complete a repair will be noted on the estimate. Basic repair charge is US$100.00 for labor plus parts. No repair work (warranty or out of warranty) will be completed until the estimate is signed and returned. If the customer decides not to pay for out of warranty repair(s) the item will be retuned at the customer’s expense along with a $35.00 inspection fee.

Repairs performed by Wells Gardner are warranted for 30 days.
